Terror from start to finish! With the first book in her brand new Agent Nadine Finch series Jenna Kernan makes a solid debut into a more diabolical genre than I typically read her in. With A KILLER'S DAUGHTER we are quickly thrust right into the heart of a copycat killer who is preying on a forensic psychologist by repeating the crimes her serial killer mother tormented her youth with. The story was quick to draw me in and had a solid foundation, but to have me all in I needed it to be faster paced with more edge of my seat suspense and less core characters to distract from the ongoing tension. A solid story with a satisfyingly sinister follow through left me hungry for more of Nadine in the series yet to come.I recommend this book to anyone looking for a mystery interwoven with past terror and current killings as the characters ease their way under our skin. This was truly an page turning book. I saw a review on Facebook and I was intrigued so I purchased the kindle copy.I really liked the twists and Turns. Nadine Finch was a psychologist and was trying to figure out who was murdering couples having affairs. Plus they were looking a lot like the handy work of her serial killer mother.But that wasn't possible since she was in prison. But things got confusing since she didn't know who to trust. And no one knew her secret about her mother.Then she discovered quite a few people she worked around her also had serial killers around her. Nadine was trying to figure things out since all this couldn't be coincidental .so after no seeing her mom since she was put in prison Nadine went to see her mother to see if she would help.Things started get crazy and very confusing.But things were finally solved and you will be surprised by the ending.if u enjoy this book be sure to get the second one due on may 25 2021.Enjoy the ride.
